YOGA JOURNEY

In my yoga classes, it is incredibly meaningful to me, to approach our beings holistically. It goes beyond just focusing on physical movement; it extends to embracing our inner world authentically. The essence is to genuinely feel and live the beauty that resides within us.

My yoga journey commenced with yin yoga in 2018, where the impact on my mind became more significant than its effects on the body. Regular practice revealed profound changes in my thought processes and daily actions. Motivated by this transformative experience, I delved deeper into the world of yoga, aspiring to understand its philosophy and diverse styles. For me, embracing the entirety of yoga's philosophy has always been more crucial than solely focusing on physical movements.

During my teenage years, my fascination with Buddhism blossomed, leading me to explore meditation. This, combined with my art education, proved instrumental in navigating the challenges of adolescence. Desiring further exploration of the spiritual realm, I naturally gravitated towards Yoga philosophy.

My lifestyle now intertwines the serene principles of Buddhist Zen philosophy with the profound wisdom encapsulated in the yoga sutras.
